How we protect your enterprise data and system confidentiality.
Data Protection
1. Client Confidentiality: ASCOM Technology guarantees that your network maps, IP configurations, and server architecture will never be shared with third parties.
2. CCTV Privacy: Our technicians only access video feeds for testing purposes during installation. We never store or transmit client video data to our own servers.
3. Credentials: We recommend clients change all admin passwords (NVR, Router, Server) immediately after project handover. ASCOM does not keep a record of your passwords post-delivery.
গোপনীয়তা নীতি
১. তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা: গ্রাহকের নেটওয়ার্ক ম্যাপ, আইপি কনফিগারেশন এবং সিস্টেম ডিজাইন আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করি না।
২. সিসিটিভি ফুটেজ: আমরা গ্রাহকের কোনো সিসিটিভি ফুটেজ বা ভিডিও আমাদের নিজস্ব সার্ভারে সংরক্ষণ করি না।
৩. পাসওয়ার্ড সুরক্ষা: প্রজেক্ট হস্তান্তরের পর গ্রাহককে সকল পাসওয়ার্ড পরিবর্তনের অনুরোধ করা হয়। আমরা গ্রাহকের কোনো পাসওয়ার্ড আমাদের কাছে জমা রাখি না।
